At Velmiqor, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every fragrance reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

🚫 No Returns on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once the box has been opened.
  • Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or used bottles are strictly non-returnable.
  • Fragrance preference (liking/disliking the smell) is not a valid reason for return.

✅ Return Allowed (Only If Unopened – Within 24 Hours)

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product box is completely sealed and unopened
  • The seal is intact and not tampered
  • The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery

To request a return:

  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the sealed box

After verification, we will approve the return.

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A leaking bottle
  • A wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement OR
  • Refund (if replacement not available)

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds require valid bank details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
